	Vibration Analysis Vibration provides the best indication of machine problems as it can detect imbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing and gear defects, lubrication problems, resonance and cavitation. CMM consultants are highly skilled and experienced in vibration diagnostics and can apply sophisticated techniques, including continuous on-line monitoring and transient events to identify and solve your machinery problems.
	Motor Analysis Motor analysis can detect the cause of electrical or mechanical faults, which may be developing in your critical motors. CMMC can undertake comprehensive motor diagnostics by measuring current, vibration, electro-magnetic flux and temperature to uncover rotor or stator faults. CMMC can also assist you to continuously monitor critical motors by installing low cost motor sensors.
	Oil Analysis Oil Analysis complements vibration analysis to detect machine problems. CMMC could provide on-site sampling, with testing done in our own Oil Laboratory for fast and immediate results. CMMC undertakes analytical tests for industrial drives and clean oil systems, where contamination control is critical. Tests include lubricant quality, chemistry, viscosity, contamination, wear, TAN, TBN, Karl Fischer, wear debris analysis and particle counting, with oil reports that everyone in your plant will understand.
	Infrared Thermography IR Thermography is an effective way of pinpointing heat related faults on electrical switchgear and machinery. CMMC uses the latest imaging equiptment, and the most sophisticated IR reporting system allowing us to view the IR images as you scan. 	Precision Balancing Balancing is important, not only to increase machinery life, but also to achieve greater reliability. Many problems with rotating equipment relate to imbalance, however correctly balancing machines requires a high degree of skill and practical experience, combined with an understanding of resonance. For all of these reasons you should contact CMMC if you suspect a machine requires balancing.
	Precision Alignment CMMC uses CSI's most sophisticated "ProAlign" alignment system. It can perform the most complex alignment tasks, with as little as 35 degrees rotation if required! CMMC engineers and technicians are highly experienced in performing on-site laser alignment.
	Ultrasonics Ultrasonic analysis allows us to detect leaks and identify mechanical faults on rotating machinery. Using the CSI SonicScan we are able to detect air, steam or vacuum leaks. By digitising the incoming signal, SonicScan, with it's sensor and built in temperature probe, allows us to detect bearing faults and trend results.
